Leadership & Advisors

The people behind the advisory. Our experience is our product.

Karl Kimball

CEO & Co-Founder

Karl spent more than two decades in financial services, risk, compliance, and enterprise technology leadership, giving him a front-row seat to how large organizations govern change, manage risk, and make consequential decisions under pressure.

His background includes building and scaling Governance, Risk & Compliance practices, advising enterprise executives, and leading technology work in environments where control failures carry real consequences. That experience shaped a simple standard: technology that touches critical business operations must be governed with the same rigor it is built with.

Karl was early to AI and has been hands-on from the beginning, not only studying the space but building in it. He formed KeySingularity around a clear point of view: agentic systems, cognition, and voice should become first-class interfaces for real business work.

That combination of enterprise governance depth, subject-matter fluency, and builder credibility is what shapes KeySingularity's advisory. Clients work with someone who can discuss the technology seriously, build with it directly, and still keep sight of the operating, risk, and control realities that determine whether AI creates lasting value.

Kristi Galus

Co-Founder

Kristi brings deep operating experience across industrials, specialty materials, and manufacturing, including leadership roles at Dow, Lubrizol, and Xenon Arc. These are environments where process discipline, safety culture, and execution are operational requirements.

Her background spans segment leadership, commercial transformation, strategic planning, and supply chain-intensive businesses. That gives her a practical view of how technology adoption works in organizations where growth, margin, channel strategy, and operating reliability all have to move together.

At KeySingularity, Kristi helps keep the advisory grounded in operational reality for industrial, process-heavy, and multi-entity businesses. Clients benefit from experience shaped inside companies where planning, execution, and value creation have to hold up beyond the strategy meeting.
